Run down cities, sleeping in uncomfortable lawnmower-sized cars, alcohol and drug addiction as an integral part of modern music culture, dirty smoke-filled venues, prostitution, exhaustion, and so on, are not what we consider to be the "cool life". On the other hand, beautiful scenery, nature, interesting architecture, small picturesque villages, different cultures, decent "real" people, and astonishingly cool music, is what keeps us in the game.
